Where, when, how long?

Croatia is divided into four sailing regions, with the Split region being the most popular and ideal for first-time sailors. The region is well-connected to Europe and the world via Split Airport and offers a wide variety of boats and large, accessible islands. The sailing season runs from May to October, with July and August being the most popular and expensive months. May, early June, September, and October have more affordable boat prices, while high season offers the most stunning sailing experience. But remember that if you want to rent a charter boat, the minimum renting time is a week. But a full week (Saturday to Saturday) is ideal for exploring islands, visiting towns, and experiencing Croatian culture. However, shorter off-season trips lasting at least 3–4 days are still enjoyable and are an opportunity to gain further sailing experience
