Magical Emerald Coast
Boomerang Sardinia Sailing Charter is based in Marina di Portisco on the Emerald Coast (Costa Smeralda) in the north-east of Sardinia. It entered the market in 2003 with its first ten boats for charter. Today its fleet numbers over 40 boats (sailboats and catamarans) ranging in length from 35 to 56 feet.
A meticulously maintained fleet
Boats from the world's leading shipyards (Dufour, Jeanneau, Lagoon, Bali) are cared for by a carefully selected team of employees. All loan models meet the highest safety requirements, are well maintained and undergo regular technical inspections. You can set sail on the classic sailing boats Dufour 390, 430 or 520, Sun Odyssey 440 or 490. If you prefer catamarans, you can choose either the Bali 4.8 or the Lagoon 42 or Lagoon 450.
Wide range of services
In addition to charters, Boomerang Sardinia Sailing Charter also offers rental of marine equipment (seabobs, jet skis, kitesurfing, diving equipment...).
You can also sail to the shores of Corsica
The Costa Smeralda or Emerald Coast in northern Sardinia is famous for the unmistakable shade of the sea. Beautiful bays with white sand and turquoise water, such as Isola dei Cappuccini or Isola delle Bisce, are perfect for a leisurely holiday cruise. Yachtsmen will appreciate the excellent location for sailing to the Maddalena National Park, made up of seven smaller islands (La Maddalena, Caprera, Santo Stefano, Spargi, Budelli, Santa Maria and Razzoli) and many tiny islands, with dozens of stunning coves and "private" beaches. The more experienced can head to the Strait of Bonifacio and the shores of Corsica.
Sailing in the magnificent Porto Cervo
If you're after company and nightlife, you can also sail from Marina di Portisco to the luxurious seaside resort of Porto Cervo. The Costa Smeralda Yacht Club here is famous for its regattas and sailing events. During the summer season, the town turns into a lavish showcase of hundreds of yachts and sometimes you'll even meet Hollywood celebrities. Local tourist guides say that if a famous person doesn't stay in Porto Cervo or moor their yacht, they don't exist.
