Ahoj Czarter offers 3 bases in the northern part of the Masurian Lakes. The bases are Wegorzewo, Sztynort and Wilkasy.

Wegorzewo:

Wegorzewo, Úhořevo in Czech, is located on an island around which the Wegorapa River flows. It is the northernmost port of Ahoj Czarter. Be sure to visit the church of St. Peter and Paul or the castle of the German Knights. The Museum of Folk Culture certainly also has something to offer. On Lake Mamry, you can cross the nearly kilometer-long Wegorzewo Canal. Lake Mamry is made up of 6 smaller bodies of water (Mamry proper, Swiecajty, Kirsajty, Kisajno, Dargin and Dobskie Lake).

Mamerki, located west of Wegorzewo, is the place where you can visit several bunkers that once formed the main camp of the High Command of the German Land Army. The construction of the never completed Masurian Canal started in Mamerki in 1911.

Sztynort:

In the northern part of Lake Dargin there is the almost 200 m long Sztynort Canal, this canal leads to the eponymous Lake and is practically the only access route to the Sztynort harbour, where another of the Ahoj Czarter bases is located. Sztynort is a small village associated with the Lehndorff family for centuries. We must certainly mention the Lehndorff Palace. The last representative of this family was involved in the plot against Hitler in the Wolf's Lair.

Wilkasy:

The Wilkasy base is the southernmost base of the company. Wilkasy is located near the so-called heart of the Masurian Lakes — Gizycko. This base is located on the shores of Lake Niegocin and is a centre of water sports. From here you can head north towards Lake Kisajno and Lake Dargin. The northernmost lake is Lake Mamry. If you head south, you will sail towards Lake Talty and Lake Nikolai.

Gyzicko, located about 5 km from Wilkasa, is the largest town of the Great Masurian Lakes. Perhaps the biggest attraction of Gyzicka is the Boyen Fortress. If you want to admire the landscape from above, visit the neo-Gothic water tower in the centre of the town.

From Wilkasa you can head towards the town of Ryn, which was founded in the 14th century. The town is dominated by a magnificent castle. A collection of period furniture, kitchen utensils and tools can be seen in the local museum.

If you sail from Wilkasa you can take a cruise to the town of Pisz. You reach this town by the Pisa River, with the Johannisburg Castle towering majestically above. A rich collection of fauna and flora exhibits can be found in the Pisz Land Museum.
