This great cruise takes you from the lakes in the north of the country to the vibrant cities in the heart of Holland - Amsterdam, Utrecht with numerous opportunities to enjoy the cruise, sights and shopping. You will see many quaint villages, the great lock at Muiden or Muiderslot, a red brick castle built 700 years ago. Take your bikes and join a bike tour of Amsterdam, or ride to Utrecht to see the famous dome tower or just enjoy the atmosphere of the cafes in the streets.
In Amsterdam, stroll along the canals or visit some of the local museums - the Rijksmuseum, Van Gogh Museum, Museum het Rembrandthuis, Anne Frank House and Hermitage Amsterdam. In Amsterdam, you can also admire the splendour of two UNESCO World Heritage Sites, the historic water canals (such as the Canal of Lords, Emperors and Princes) and the defensive line around the centre of Amsterdam.
Recommendation: In Amsterdam, use the Six Haven marina (opposite the central bus station) to dock or dock in Weesp and take the train to the city centre.
