Day 1–2: Skiathos
As you set sail on your Sporades adventure, you will start from the main port of Skiathos, which is the closest island to mainland Greece. You'll find a cosmopolitan island, with a growing number of tourists and a bustling nightlife scene. You can find some excellent restaurants near the old fish port, serving up fresh seafood and local specialties.
Sailing around Skiathos provides opportunities to explore hidden coves, secluded beaches, and breathtaking coastal views. The island boasts over 60 stunning beaches, with the famous Koukounaries Beach drawing visitors from around the world for its golden sands. Lalaria Beach, a pebble beach accessible only by boat, features the iconic stone arch that has become synonymous with the island's beauty. Nature lovers can enjoy a hike in the verdant pine forests, while history buffs will appreciate a visit to the medieval Kastro, a fortified settlement perched on a rocky cliff.

Day 3: Skopelos (15 nm)
Sailing to Skopelos island's Agnontas bay is a true delight for any sailor. The bay is located on the southwest side of the island, and it is well protected from the strong north winds that can blow in the Aegean Sea. The waters are crystal-clear and calm, making it a perfect spot for swimming, snorkeling, and paddleboarding. Agnontas is also a quaint fishing village with a few restaurants and tavernas where you can taste fresh seafood and local cuisine.

Day 4: Alonissos (12 nm)
On the next day head towards Alonissos island. Cruise the yacht near Saint George, the rock positioned between the two islands, and continue towards the northern direction. Take pleasure in the scenic bays of Alonissos, particularly those located on the quieter and less busy western side of the island. Choose to anchor in the serene bay of Agalou Laka, which provides a safe harbor from the northern winds and is relatively inaccessible by land. If you prefer a more popular bay, you may want to visit Megali Ammos, located within the same gulf.
Day 5: Hrisi Milia Bay (6 nm)
Travel further along the southern coast of Alonissos and take pleasure in a delightful cruise around the island that is abundant with pine trees. There are numerous bays on the eastern side where you can drop anchor, and we suggest Hrisi Milia Bay, which is a secure anchorage surrounded by breathtaking scenery. It's important to exercise caution while anchoring, particularly in regards to hidden underwater rocks.
Hrisi Milia Bay is a perfect spot to spend an evening and unwind beneath the stars. It is one of the most stunning bays in the Alonissos and North Sporades National Marine Park.

Day 6: Peristera (4 nm)
Then you will head to Peristera Bay. It will provide you with ideal conditions for swimming, sunbathing, or diving. We recommend anchoring on the southern side.

Day 7: Patitiri (5 nm)
Patitiri is a charming port town on the Greek island of Alonnisos. It boasts traditional white-washed buildings, tavernas serving delicious local cuisine, and a picturesque harbor perfect for strolling. Nearby, you'll find the Old Village of Alonnisos (4 km), a beautifully preserved settlement that's well worth a visit. The island is also known for its stunning beaches and crystal-clear waters, making it a haven for nature lovers and beach-goers alike. Whether you're looking for relaxation or adventure, Patitiri and its surrounding areas have something for everyone.
Day 8: Peristera (3 nm)
Sailing from Patitiri to Peristera is a breathtaking experience. As you leave the port of Patitiri, you'll be greeted with stunning views of the Aegean Sea and the surrounding islands. As you make your way to Peristera, you'll pass by secluded coves and rocky outcrops, perfect for a refreshing swim or snorkel. Once you reach Peristera, you'll be met with crystal-clear waters and an abundance of marine life, perfect for diving or snorkeling. Anchoring on the southern side of Peristera provides the perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun.

Day 9–10: Kira Panagia (20 nm)
Sailing around Kyra Panagia offers a mesmerizing experience. With turquoise waters, secluded coves, and charming beaches, it's a paradise for sailors. As you glide through the calm Aegean Sea, enjoy the rugged coastline, fragrant olive groves, and the serene atmosphere. Day 11–13: Skopelos (20 nm)
Sailing to Skopelos, the greenest of the Sporades islands, is a delightful experience. The island is renowned for its lush landscapes, pristine beaches, and azure waters. As you approach, you'll be greeted by the picturesque harbor town of Skopelos Town, with its white-washed houses and narrow alleys. Exploring the island, be sure to visit Panormos Beach, a beautiful cove with crystal-clear waters perfect for swimming and sunbathing.
Another must-see is the charming village of Glossa, with its traditional stone houses and stunning views of the Aegean Sea. Don't miss the nearby Agios Ioannis Kastri, a small church perched atop a rocky outcrop, famous as a filming location for the movie "Mamma Mia!"
Sail along the island's coast to discover more secluded beaches like Kastani, Milia, and Hovolo, where you can relax and enjoy the tranquil surroundings. While in Skopelos, be sure to sample the local cuisine, particularly the island's famous cheese pie, "tyropita."
