Benetti 154 Motor Yacht

Italian yacht manufacturer Benetti, the name behind famous yachts such as the Benetti 120 Classic and Benetti 132 Classic Supreme, has just recently added another member to its line of superyachts – the Benetti 154, or nicknamed Imagination.

Imagination has a total length of 154’20” and a beam width of 28 feet and 10 inches. This superyacht is one of Benetti’s newer models in the 150-foot category. Its main hull and superstructure construction material is aluminum. Like all Benetti yachts, it was meticulously crafted by the skilled hands of Benetti shipwrights at the Pisa Superyachts Shipyard. It has a maximum draft height of 8.86 feet.

Despite its massive size, the Imagination can reach top speeds up to 20 knots, which is significantly faster than its smaller cousins Benetti 128 Motor Yacht Tully and Benetti 132 Classic. It gets its power from its double MTU 16V 4000 M90 engines, which gets its fuel intake from the 15,852-gallon tanks. The seemingly smaller tank volume vis-à-vis the top speed only proves the superb engineering employed by Imagination’s designers. The water tanks can hold up to 3,983 gallons, which ensures a comfortable ride for its 10+2 passengers and 9 crewmembers.

Stefano Natucci imagined the exterior design of Imagination, while acclaimed yacht interior designer Francois Zuretti gave the superyacht its lavish interior designs. Stefano Natucci employed a playful tone to the body design by using oblong windows. Zuretti, on the other hand, whipped up his trademark Classic highlighted with modernist elements. For entertainment, the whole ship is wired and internet ready. Imagination is a tri-decker yacht with a customary sundeck.
