Sunseeker Yachts started building boats in a small shed, back in the 1970’s, under the name of Poole Power Boats. The company is currently based in the United Kingdom. When showing off the 17 and 23 models at a boat show, a French man told them to make the boats in all white and add a full width sun bed across the stern and he would buy them. Once they made those changes, he did, and the boats started selling well.

We were able to find used Sunseeker boats for around $495,000. Many of the boats are not located in the United States, so American buyers will have to consider the cost to import the boat before choosing to purchase. When shopping, it is also important to consider the currency conversion between Euros, Pounds, and dollars to ensure you are looking at boats within your price range.
