Industrial designer Lukasz Opalinski, in collaboration with ship builder Oceanco, is designing what may be the world’s most unique and technologically advanced mega yacht. The 295 foot ship is set to challenge conventional design in two major ways. The first is bringing people on the yacht closer to the water in an effort to provide more direct access to the ocean. The second is making the ship more eco- friendly by using hydrogen injectors to boost fuel performance. Interesting design aspects include an emphasis on windows to enhance daylight and aesthetic design and a detachable mini pool that can float away from the ship but is still tethered by an underwater cable.
